Since September of 2012, Converse will wear its “PRO STREETS” to the most multicultural cities in Europe. Para ello, have been chosen different neighborhoods of London, París, Milán, Amsterdam and Madrid, where special camcorders have been placed for you to express your most urban and creative side.
Lavapiés, Moyano slope, Madrid Rio and Tetouan, have been the neighborhoods chosen in our country to capture the best talent that will be recorded by video cameras and uploaded to the web www.prostreets.com, from where also, You can support and vote for the most creative videos.
The locations:
Moyano slope: Next to the Retiro Park, has become a key point of the capital for skaters, experienced longboarders and riders. Groups of boys and girls get together to put their skills into practice and it has become a meeting point for lovers of deportation.
Lavapiés: In the heart of Madrid, the Lavapiés neighborhood brings together the largest variety of nationalities in the capital, being besides, one of the areas with the greatest traditional castiza. Around its main square live MC de hip-hop, BBoy’s, grafiteros, people playing street ball and of course, to football matches. Además, The neighborhood has a great cultural activity where different theaters are located, concerts and shows.
