Last week a talk on decoration trends took place at the BoConcept store of El Corte Inglés de Princesa in which the attendees enjoyed a constructive and dynamic time, as well as, learned some of the keys to decoration based on multifunctionality and the essence of Nordic design the years 50 y 60: the use of space, the commitment to simple forms as well as the combination of colors to gain luminosity. Asimismo, attendees were able to enjoy a catering and the raffle of beautiful decoration objects from BoConcept.
Then, was carried out a analysis of the connection between the world of decoration and moda, such as the existence of similar creation processes, the renewal of textiles and furniture by seasons, or brands dedicated to fashion and that have launched to create a decoration line. The talk continued with some keys on how to decorate a table at christmas in nordic style, with very visual examples: decorate spaces subtly, without excesses of decorations or furniture, use many natural elements, like branches, pineapples, wood… and also use crafts like items with paper, colored wool, wicker, etc. And finally, the rapporteur, Conchi J. hooligan, decorum, together with the help of our assistants, two christmas tables: one in a classic style and the other in a more avant-garde style.
