The parade took place in Madrid's Parque del Capricho, a melancholic place to which the music of The Chinese Birdwatchers comes like a glove. In addition to his themes, the group made three versions at the request of the designer: «Moonriver» (Audrey Hepburn's classic in 'Breakfast at Tiffany's'), and the Frenchified tango, «Angry».

Moda y música en directo: a booming idyll: The truth is that more and more brands are turning to live music for their fashion shows. It is likely that this trend began with Victoria's Secrets, queen of marketing where there are. The union of a fashion group and its famous 'angels’ They have managed to turn their parades into a show and into a planetary event. They have passed through their catwalk, The Black Eye Peas, Maroon 5 and even the Olympic Spice Girls.

Cibeles has also recently joined this trend. The version of Madrid Fashion Week will go down in the annals of the history of «How I love you» by Rocío Jurado that Bimba Bosé made for her colleague David Delfín. Bimba would repeat several years later, in February 2012, with his group The Cabriolets, Alaska and Mario Vaquerizo, who were joined by the Dolphin himself to sing with them during the parade. Others who sang at Cibeles were Najwa Nimri during the TCN parade or Russian Red for Juan Duyos.

The Chinese Birdwatchers, ¿a fashion group?: The Chinese Birdwatchers nace en 2009, at a crossroads where the Sierra brothers met, Jorge (contrabajo) and Raul (guitars), American singer Heather Jo'Wel (voice), Iria Armesto (violin) and Nacho Ruperez (voice and guitars).

In the last two years, the group –which takes its name from an article published in The Economist titulado ‘The loneliness of chinese birdwatchers’ (the loneliness of chinese bird watchers)– has been presenting his music in which violins come together, trumpets, an old double bass, saxophone and guitars. They have also been immersed in the recording and self-production of the album, also called The Chinese Birdwatchers, a long process in which musicians like David Unison have participated (former Cabriolet and co-producer of the new Hello everyone), Ricardo Moreno (legendary drummer of Los Ronaldos and groups like Marlango. Josele Santiago or Mastretta) Antonio Pulli from My Cannibal Awareness or Bruno Jiménez, of the High Sierras. The result is, as defined by the group itself «a mix of poetry, folk, rock and bossa nova that sounds like a road trip through the American desert».

The album was presented last April at Madrid's Sala Caracol., in which they managed to hang the sign of no tickets, completing the capacity of more than 500 people in the room. For different reasons, the album will finally be released next 5 de septiembre.
