A collection made between the Japanese artist and Marc Jacobs that could have been born in Andalusia….

The truth is that my moles have always liked, but sometimes they are cluttering, especially on dates listed here in Andalusia, but so in "specific details” they look very cool to me. I know of more than one who surely love this collaboration ¿Truth Martha E. M, Natamartini, Carmen Choo?

Una colección, fruit of the collaboration between Yayoi Kusama and Marc Jacobs, that interprets the most emblematic works of the artist. The starting points of this collection were “obsession” and in serie”. iconic louis vuitton bags, the ready-to-wear collection, los zapatos,  accesorios, watches and jewelery became the ideal canvas for Kusama's organic and serial prints.

Louis Vuitton shines with its tributes, la verdad. Yes Sprouse was cool, this one has not been left behind. In intense and hybrid colors, polka dots cover products all over, showing the limitless possibilities of play with scales, colors and densities.

The truth is that the collection is cute. Very salable, with beautiful and wearable products. not surprising, because after all they are lunar and now (honestly I have seen many things like this in the chining) but it is a straight iconic homage.  Although as I said above, seems taken from the deepest and most folkloric Andalusia!

What I liked the most is the way of inserting Louis Vuitton Monogram all over, without being a burden with both print and polka dot. it's subtle, but it looks good and is still. That's a hit. My favorites are the Snood Dots Infinity Jaune (what is the yellow scarf above) but i miss some glasses yellow!

The French firm wants to pay tribute to this exceptional artist for whom Marc Jacobs, Artistic Director of the House, feels deep admiration. Since its inception in 1854, Louis Vuitton has maintained a close relationship with the art world. Was in the year 2006 when Marc Jacobs met Yayoi Kusama in Tokyo.

as an art collector, Marc Jacobs is an admirer of Kusama's paintings and sculptures: The obsessive nature and innocence of his work moved me. Get to share your vision of the world with us.” admiration is mutual: Kusama, whose works include many performances who examine clothing and body, has tremendous respect for the creativity of Marc Jacobs. A photo of this meeting between the two now decorates the wall of the Kusama studio in Tokyo.

for the artist, who conceives his life as “a mole lost among millions of moles”, this collaboration will allow you to display your myriad of polka dots around the world and convey your message “Love Forever”. “It will allow you to increase your audience and that of contemporary art in general” – Marc Jacobs concludes. “The task that Louis Vuitton has always performed.”
