En el año del “selfie”, mi gran amiga Gema y yo no pudimos resistir la tentación de rodear Manhattan como auténticos protagonistas.
Da igual si tapas el monumento, si sales mejor o peor, si la luz es favorecedora o regulera, o incluso si la calidad de la imagen es de dudosa presencia. ¡You were there and you want to leave! I think that is the main idea behind any “selfie”.” el ¡I was there! Por eso cuando se quejan del término para indicar que es un autorretrato de toda la vida, yo discrepo un poco, porque no se puede comparar un autorretrato de Van Gogh con un selfie blogueril. It's like going collecting postcards ¡but in which you go out! Aquí os dejo nuestro recorrido en Manhattan a través de nuestros selfies. (cualquier parecido con el orden real del viaje será pura coincidencia).
La alegría y nervios de comenzar el viaje. Y lo primero que encontramos cuando comenzamos a turistear fué the Flatron building” uno de los lugares que más ganas tenía de conocer.
Como no podía ser de otra manera, tomamos un perrito caliente en Central Park
Un momento verdaderamente especial fue visitar la Estación Central, that Gema was incredibly excited about.¡It was not for less! Era espectacular.
El Rockefeller Center también increíble con ese exceso modernista tan apasionante.
¡And at night we go up to the Top of the Rock (el observatorio del Rockefeller) y pudimos descubrir la genial vista nocturna, con el Empire State al fondo.
We didn't take the subway much ¡The taxis were very cool and great price! Pero el rato que lo cogimos pudimos aprender mucho de la gente y el ambiente que se respira bajo las calles de Manhattan.

It doesn't matter if it's day or night… Times Square es siempre apasionante, lleno de vida,de sitios donde mirar y de sensaciones que vivir.
Los newyorkinos son muy agradables, vale, maybe not as much as this “tin Soldier” that was at the door of the legendary Schwarz toy store, pero casi.
unique selfie – Properly said – in the empire state ¡Si, en los baños! Pero prometemos que no estábamos colándonos en ninguno, allí son mixtos.
¿Who cares about the Statue of Liberty? ¡The important thing is to leave us and the Gafas Amarillas!
